Q. How can we keep track of the work that you are
doing for us?
A. Remote Connections produce regular reports showing the
dates/times of calls made and conversations that have taken place. You can
choose the frequency and content of the reports to suit requirements.
Normally, we produce a weekly report which charts our activity, with a
further weekly Customer Action Report which neatly summarises and prompts
any actions which you might need to take.
Q. Will you help us with sending out the letters?
A. We certainly will. We have a variety of in-house skills to assist
you with producing a successful pre-calling letter and, if required, we
can send those letters out on your behalf.
Q. We need to keep control of the project, how can
we do this?
A. Remote Connections ensure that regular reviews are scheduled so
that it is clear at each review point what the next stage of the project
is and how it is going.
Q. How do we prepare the list of companies we want
you to call?
A. You can either provide us with a list of target companies you would
like to approach, or we can draw up a provisional list for your approval.
From that point, each company will be called in order to obtain the
name/names of the decision makers who we will be calling on your behalf

A. We call as if we are members of your company – we would never
introduce ourselves as a third party calling on your behalf.

participate at the same time.

A. No – all the software is hosted on secure servers with very high
bandwidth allowances. You access your area of the platform with your own
user names and passwords.
